CodeFuture Privacy Policy

This policy covers the CodeFuture website, support communications, and CodeFuture game projects. It is written to reflect current behavior today and to be updated before future data-collection changes ship.

  • Last updatedMarch 21, 2026
  • Applies tocodefuture.biz, support, and CodeFuture games
  • Current postureMinimal collection today, explicit updates before expansion

Scope

What this policy covers right now.

Website and support

This policy applies to pages on codefuture.biz, direct email sent to CodeFuture, and support requests about CodeFuture products.

Games and future releases

It also applies to CodeFuture games, prototypes, TestFlight builds, and future App Store releases unless a game-specific policy or addendum says otherwise.

Information CodeFuture may receive

Mostly what you choose to send, plus basic infrastructure data.

Information you send directly

  • Name, email address, and message content if you contact CodeFuture.
  • Bug details, screenshots, device details, or build information if you send a support request.
  • Business or partnership details if you inquire about the prototype sprint or other work.

Information handled automatically

  • Hosting, CDN, DNS, and infrastructure providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser details, and access logs to deliver and secure the site.
  • The website serves its fonts, icons, and images from codefuture.biz itself instead of loading them from a third-party font CDN.
  • If a future game build sends crash, analytics, attribution, or multiplayer data, this policy and the related store disclosures will be updated before that behavior becomes public.

How CodeFuture uses information

Operate the site, respond to people, and support the product.

Current uses

  • Respond to support, business, or general contact messages.
  • Investigate reported issues and improve product quality.
  • Protect the site and infrastructure from abuse or operational problems.

Future uses that require an update first

  • Product analytics or retention measurement.
  • Attribution, advertising, or monetization-related tracking.
  • Multiplayer sync, live operations, or other server-hosted gameplay services.

Current project addendum

The first public project is still in development.

As of March 21, 2026, CodeFuture's first public game project is still in development. CodeFuture has not documented a public player-account system, in-game chat, advertising SDK, or third-party analytics stack for the project in this repository.

If the current project adds analytics, attribution, ad tech, purchases beyond platform-handled flows, or multiplayer services that require user or gameplay data to be processed, CodeFuture will update this policy and the corresponding App Store privacy disclosures before public release or expanded testing.

The current project is being designed for adults seeking quick entertainment and is not intentionally directed to children.

Requests

Questions, support, and privacy requests all route here.

Send privacy questions or support requests to contact@codefuture.biz. If you are reporting a product issue, include the game title, build or platform, and what happened.
